We moved out of a third-floor walk-up in Logan Square in July, which I was dreading. The crew arrived when they said they would, had the street permit sorted so the truck was right outside, and everything was padded and wrapped before it left the room. Nothing was damaged and the final bill matched the written estimate.

They moved our twelve-person office over a weekend so we did not lose a working day. Every box and monitor was labelled by desk, and the furniture was rebuilt before they left on the Sunday. We were running normally on Monday morning with no scrambling.

Third move with Sunshine. What I appreciate is that the quote is in writing and they explain what actually drives the cost - stairs, parking, how much is packed. No surprises at the end, which has not been my experience with other movers in the city.
