How It Works?!
Downtown buildings almost always restrict move times to evenings and weekends and require paperwork in advance. We manage both ends of that.
- Site survey of both locations with a written floor-by-floor plan
- Certificates of Insurance issued to both building management companies
- Freight elevator and dock time booked for after-hours or weekend windows
- Colour-coded labelling so every item lands in the right room first time
- Workstations, desks and conference tables disassembled and rebuilt
For anything larger than a handful of desks we run the move after hours or across a weekend, so your team walks into a working office rather than a warehouse of boxes.
